REFUND POLICY
Digital Goods
Refunds do not apply to the following goods: Digital goods, including ebooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads.
Please choose carefully. Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.
Physical Goods
Returns are given for faulty items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).
For refund queries, please email admin@emmastclair.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please use the subject “return requested” and include your name, order number, reason for return, and photographs of faulty item.
If item is faulty, we refund or resend your goods - your choice. We want you to be happy!
If you do not receive part or all of the physical good you purchased, please email admin@emmastclair.com and use the subject line “missing item” and include your name, order number, and what item or items you’re missing.
